Chambers call for postponement of day of action

Four Chambers of Commerce have joined forces to call on public servants to postpone their national day of action on Tuesday.

Chambers in Cork, Galway, Clonmel and Ennis are appealing to the Unions not to strike and instead focus on flood clean-up operations.

Much of the work is being done in these towns and cities by public servants.
