'Call of Duty' game sets sales record

The video game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 set a new sales record in the first 24 hours, its maker said today.

Activision Blizzard estimates that it sold about 4.7 million copies of the game in North America and the UK, making it the biggest-selling launch in the history of entertainment.
