Coughlan launches €26m equity fund for start-ups

The Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise Mary Coughlan has launched a €26m equity fund to invest in start-up and early-stage companies.

The fund will be managed by Bank of Ireland as part of the Government's bank recapitalisation initiative.

It is the eighth such initiative supported by the Government through Enterprise Ireland's 'Seed and Venture' capital programme.
