Independent News & Media (INM) has today announced that it will convene an extraordinary general meeting of the company for 11am on November 26.

This follows the Board’s announcement on August 28 that the group had conditionally agreed to dispose of its entire shareholding in INM Outdoor for gross sale proceeds of ZAR1.1bn (€98m).
