Coughlan on week-long North American trade mission

The Minister for Enterprise is beginning a week-long trade mission to Canada and the US today.

Mary Coughlan will be accompanied on the Canadian leg of the trip by representatives of around 35 Irish companies.

They will visit Edmunton, Toronto and Ottawa in an effort to drum up new contracts.

Ms Coughlan will also visit New York during her travels to meet representatives of various US multinationals seen as potential investors in Ireland.
