Takeover talks underway at 4Home stores

An announcement was due today on the takeover of seven 4Home stores in Munster by Dairygold Co-Op.

A spokesman for the company said the takeover was very close to fruition.

Reox Holdings Plc, 4Home’s parent company, has been in negotiations with Dairygold Co-op regarding the prospect of taking over the company’s seven remaining 4Home stores in Munster.

The seven remaining Munster stores are in Carrigaline, Cashel, Fermoy, (Dublin Road), Mallow, Midleton, Mitchelstown (all in Co Cork) and Raheen, Co Limerick.
