Councillors reject Dunne plan for AIB Bank centre
Dublin city councillors have rejected plans for a major new office development at the AIB Bank centre in Ballsbridge.
Councillors want city planners to refuse Sean Dunne's application to demolish four low-rise office blocks at the front of the compound, which is located opposite the RDS.
Mr Dunne wants to replace them with six new buildings ranging in height from seven to nine storeys.
