North's investment agency ‘failing to boost economy’

The North’s business support agency has failed to deliver despite spending £1bn (€687426) in the seven year’s since its inception, a damning report found today.

Invest NI has not achieved its goal of raising productivity levels and average pay packets in the region, the independent performance review claimed.
