Drinks company C&C Group has today announced that its takeover of Anheuser-Busch InBev’s Irish, Scottish and Northern Irish businesses has been completed.

Drinks company C&C Group has today announced that its takeover of Anheuser-Busch InBev’s Irish, Scottish and Northern Irish businesses has been completed.

The approval from the Irish Competition Authority was granted September 17, with shareholder approval following eight days later.
