NI leaders visit US in bid to attract investment
Peter Robinson and Martin McGuinness are in New York today as part of efforts to attract more foreign investment into the North.
The First and Deputy First Minister are attending the annual meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative, which will include a special session on Northern Ireland hosted by former US President Bill Clinton.
Foreign Affairs Minister Micheál Martin and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown are also due to attend the gathering.
Mr McGuinness has been arguing that an agreement on the devolution of policing powers to Stormont would provide the stability needed to attract investment.
However, Mr Robinson has been resisting pressure to set a date for the move.
