Dublin pub to close with loss of 32 jobs
More than 30 jobs are to be lost with the closure of a pub in south Co. Dublin.
The Mandate Trade Union has confirmed that CB Taverns, trading as the Spawell Licensed Premises in Templeogue, has ceased trading as of last night.
The union says it is not yet clear if redundancy payments will be provided to staff members.
Employees had been told last month that their wages could not be paid because of a robbery at the premises.
