General Motors has received final offers from three companies for its Opel unit - which includes British Vauxhall plants – but a decision is still yet to be taken.

GM would not identify the bidders, but sources named RHJ International SA, a consortium of Canadian auto parts maker Magna International and Russian lender Sberbank; and China’s Beijing Automotive Industry Corporation.
