The EU Commission and a consortium of private businesses and research facilities has today launched a €140m fund for proposals to introduce clean fuel technologies and improved fuel cells onto the market.

The EU Commission and a consortium of private businesses and research facilities has today launched a €140m fund for proposals to introduce clean fuel technologies and improved fuel cells onto the market.

This research will aim to increase the prospects of hydrogen buses, improve power station efficiency and even extend the battery life of computers.
