Govt body concerned about EU consumer law directive

The Government's Sales Law Review Group has expressed a number of concerns about a proposed EU directive on consumer law.

The group was set up by Enterprise Minister Mary Coughlan last year to examine the Directive on Consumer Rights and the implications it will have on Ireland.
