ISEQ up at close

The ISEQ index of Irish shares was valued at 2,929.60 points by close of trading today, a rise of 33.64.

Index majors on the risers' board included Paddy Power, up 99c to 18.38; CRH, cheering 40c to 17.80; Kingspan, up 26c to 5.02; FBD Holdings, rising 17c to 7.85; Smurfit Kappa, climbing 8c to 4.15; Greencore, up 5c to 1.20, and Glanbia, gaining 3c to 2.75.
