Trinity hosts conference on global recession

An international conference on the difficulties facing the global economy is taking place at Trinity College in Dublin today.

Economics professor Robert Engle, a Nobel Laureate, is due to address the 250 delegates attending the event.

The topics up for discussion include ethics and morals in banking and the aftermath of the credit crunch.
