PC World and Currys parent DSG International said it had received a 97.1% take up for its rights issue.

PC World and Currys parent DSG International said it had received a 97.1% take up for its rights issue.

The firm, which has an office in Hertfordshire, looked to raise £310.6m (€354.1m) to help finance its store overhaul programme and bolster its balance sheet.
