Lack of funds sends vans firm back into administration

Directors of LDV Vans have been forced to reapply for administration after essential funds to maintain the business and workforce as a going concern had not being made available, the firm announced today.

The surprise move led to workers being sent home from the Birmingham-based company, which was at the centre of a last-ditch rescue a few weeks ago.
