Lufthansa workers to vote on new proposals

Workers at Lufthansa Technik Airmotive in Dublin are to vote tomorrow on a new set of proposals aimed at saving the plant.

The fresh proposals were hammered out by management and union representatives during eleven hours of talks yesterday.

Workers at the Rathcoole facility are currently on protective notice following their rejection of earlier work practice proposals.
