Lufthansa management to meet over vote

Management at Lufthansa Technik Airmotive is to hold a meeting with its parent company in Germany today after its new work practices were rejected by staff.

The future of 475 jobs are now in doubt after workers were warned that failure to back the proposals could result in the closure of the firm's Rathcoole plant .
