Aer Lingus resumes Knock-Gatwick services

Aer Lingus is resuming its service between Knock and London Gatwick today.

Aer Lingus is resuming its service between Knock and London Gatwick today.

The airline terminated the service from the Co Mayo airport in April 1999.

It estimates that an extra 35,000 tourists will visit the region as a result of the decision to resume flights.

That could inject almost €12m into the local economy.
