ADM Londis profits down 33% last year

The retail and wholesale firm ADM Londis has reported a 33% fall in its pre-tax profits last year.

The company says profits for 2008 were €4.1m, compared to €6.1m in 2007.

However, it says its underlying profitability remains strong and it is still well-positioned in the marketplace.
