Grove Turkeys to lay off 75 staff in Monaghan

Grove Turkeys in Monaghan has announced plans to make 75 staff redundant as part of a restructuring plan.

The company recently laid off 80 employees for a nine-week period, but they have since returned to work.

The UNITE trade union says workers are not happy with the redundancy package on offer.
