Aer Lingus' Shannon to Heathrow service resumes this evening after a 14-month stoppage.

Aer Lingus' Shannon to Heathrow service resumes this evening after a 14-month stoppage.

Direct flights from the South West to London will start again with the 7.10pm service.

The service was ended last year in a restructuring of Aer Lingus' flights.

Meanwhile CityJet are to double capacity on their Shannon to Paris flights.
