Protest vote on former RBS chief's pension
The British government’s investment arm is understood to be planning a protest vote against former Royal Bank of Scotland boss Fred Goodwin’s controversial pension, it was reported today.
UK Financial Investments (UKFI), the group which was set up to manage the Government’s stake in the nationalised banks, is believed to be planning to vote against the bank’s remuneration report at its annual general meeting this week, according to Sunday newspapers.
