Dublin mayor to promote business on Russian trip

The strength of Dublin’s business and tourist sectors will be promoted in Russia during a weekend of St Patrick’s Day celebrations, it emerged tonight.

The capital’s Lord Mayor Eibhlin Byrne has led a delegation to Moscow and St Petersburg in a bid to strengthen political and economic links with the country.
