Little change for ISEQ
There was little share price movement on the Irish Stock Exchange today, as trading in the financials calmed.
The ISEQ index was down 8.02 points to 2,165.86.
Irish Life and Permanent saw its share price receive a welcome boost, up 2c to €1.29. Bank of Ireland edged up 1c to 38c, with Allied Irish Banks unchanged at 62c.
Kerry Group was the only gain of note on the Exchange, climbing 16c to €14.66.
There were some significant losses elsewhere however, as FBD slumped 20c to €7.70. Bookmaker Paddy Power’s decision to pay out early on all bets on a Manchester United domestic double or treble did not impress the market, as its share price fell 15c to €10.50.
