Calyx appoints new CFO

Calyx Group has today announced the appointment of David Hargaden as group chief financial officer.

Hargaden joins from BDO Simpson Xavier, where he was a partner and head of corporate finance for the last five years.

The appointment of Hargaden completes the line-up of a new group senior executive team at Calyx in recent months that has seen founder Maurice Healy become executive chairman and Tara Brady appointed chief executive officer.

Calyx has also made two new senior group appointments based in the UK. John Hawker succeeds Brady as group chief operating officer, joining from ICT services provider Getronics. In addition, Gaurav Bhasker has been appointed group services director.
