Ulster Bank today set up a £250m (€281.4m) Regional Fund to support small and medium sized companies in Northern Ireland through this year.

The locally administered fund is part of a £3bn (€3.3bn) SME package the Ulster’s parent company, Royal Bank of Scotland is making available through 12 regional funds across the UK.
