Lloyds TSB Bank has agreed to forfeit $350m (€260m) for helping customers skirt US sanctions on business transactions with Sudan, Iran and Libya.

The London-based bank admitted responsibility for criminal conduct under a deferred prosecution deal filed yesterday in federal court in Washington.
