Defence and aerospace firm Rolls-Royce has signed a US$131m (€95.8m) deal with US aircraft engines firm Pratt & Whitney.

Defence and aerospace firm Rolls-Royce has signed a US$131m (€95.8m) deal with US aircraft engines firm Pratt & Whitney.

The deal is to provide its LiftSystems technology for the first six Short Take-off and Vertical Landing (STOVL) F-35B Lightning II aircraft.
