Diageo to set up Global R&D centre in Dublin

Diageo has selected Dublin as its Global Research and Development Centre of Excellence for beer.

Diageo has selected Dublin as its Global Research and Development Centre of Excellence for beer.

The drinks manufacturer is to invest €24m to expand its R&D activity at its St James Gate site.

The centre will research new brewing materials, brewing technologies and develop new packaging.
