Ulster Bank and First Active have confirmed they will only be passing on 0.5% rate cut.

The ECB announced a 0.75% cut yesterday.

AIB, Bank of Ireland and its subsidiary ICS Building Society, EBS, Halifax Bank of Scotland, KBC Homeloans, National Irish Bank and Permanent TSB have announced they will be passing on the cut to customers.
