TVC Holdings increases stake in UTV Media

Investment company TVC Holdings has increased its stake in UTV Media.

TVC has confirmed that it has acquired an additional 3% shareholding in the media group for €2.7m.

The investment has brought TVC's stake in UTV to 18%.

TVC has said the acquisition is in line with its policy of taking significant holdings in both private and public companies across a range of sectors.
