Jameson Whiskey sales grew by 17% year-on-year, and volumes were up 10% in the first three months of the company’s financial year it was announced today.

Pernod Ricard, owners of Irish Distillers, with a major distillery in Midleton, Co Cork where Jameson is made, is the world’s second biggest drinks group after Diageo, owners of the Guinness brewery.
