Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero tonight announced that Spain is setting up a €30bn fund to help the financial sector.

Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero tonight announced that Spain is setting up a €30bn fund to help the financial sector.

Zapatero said the fund could be extended to €50bn if necessary.
