Heineken acquisition of Beamish & Crawford approved

Heineken Ireland was notified today of the decision by the Irish Competition Authority that it has given unconditional approval of the acquisition of Beamish & Crawford by Heineken.

This follows a review process conducted by the Irish Competition Authority over the last six months.
