Harry Potter publisher Bloomsbury has agreed to buy Berg – the independent academic publishing company focusing on fashion and design – for up to £3m (€3.8m).
Oxford-based Berg was launched in 1982 and has 15 staff, led by manager Kathryn Earle, who will retain her role after the takeover.
