Ryanair has announced two new routes and 26 more weekly flights from Shannon Airport from November.
The two new routes are to Frankfurt-Hahn and Newcastle.
The airline is to base a sixth aircraft at the airport to service the new routes and the increase in flight frequencies to existing destinations such as Edinburgh and Paris.
