Total Produce seals 60% acquisition of two firms

Fresh produce company Total Produce has acquired 60% of fruit and veg distribution company Haluco B.V. and wholesaler Nedalpac B.V.

The companies, headquartered in Bleiswijk, the Netherlands, recorded a combined profit before tax of €5.5m on turnover of €298m last year.
