Rentokil delivers fresh warning

Pest control-to-hygiene firm Rentokil Initial today admitted it faced “considerable” challenges in returning the business to health as it gave its fourth profits warning since December.

The firm said that full-year profits were now expected to be £35m (€44.2m) lower after seeing sales decline further in its troubled delivery arm City Link.
