CRH has announced that on July 14 UBS Ltd purchased, on behalf of the company, 96,180 Ordinary Shares of €0.32 each in CRH plc at prices between €15.16 and €15.48 per Ordinary Share.

CRH has announced that on July 14 UBS Ltd purchased, on behalf of the company, 96,180 Ordinary Shares of €0.32 each in CRH plc at prices between €15.16 and €15.48 per Ordinary Share.

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.
