Staff hoping to ensure long-term future of plant

There's renewed hope in the Midlands this morning as the focus of attention at the Iralco plant now turns to safe-guarding its long-term future.

Staff at the car components manufacturer in Collinstown have been given a commitment of work for up to six months after fearing the worst earlier in the week.
