Banana group Fyffes has announced that it has settled its legal action against DCC, S&L Investments Limited, Mr James Flavin and Lotus Green Limited under Part V of the Companies Act 1990.

Banana group Fyffes has announced that it is to receive €37.6m in the settlement of a legal action against DCC, S&L Investments Limited, Mr James Flavin and Lotus Green Limited under Part V of the Companies Act 1990.
