Items commemorating the Manchester United Munich plane crash have been removed from sale online, eBay said tonight.

Bidding for an “Official Manchester United Munich Memorial Scarf and Match Programme” appeared to top nearly £10m (€13.4m) on the auction website within 24 hours of it being advertised.
