Government 'in denial', says economist

Leading economist Jim Power has today accused the Government of “fiddling while the economy burns”.

Called for an end to the current system of social partnership, Power was speaking at a meeting of the Leinster Branch of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) yesterday evening.
