Diageo to acquire Rosenblum Cellars

Diageo announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Rosenblum Cellars.

The acquisition represents a unique opportunity to own a highly rated Zinfandel brand and further enhance Diageo Chateau and Estate Wines’ brand range in the fastest growing segment of US wines.
