ACC launches international property product

ACC bank has launched a new international property offering.

The fund is investing in three office properties in central Amsterdam, which have been bought from a consortium of international investors for €38m.

The fund's properties, which comprise 14,000 square metres of office space, will be managed by Bouwfonds, one of the Netherland's leading property asset managers. Bouwfonds is part of Rabobank.
