H+A merge with marketing group O'Sullivan PR

Marketing groups H+A and O’Sullivan PR have announced their merger.

The new organisation brings together a portfolio of national and international clients and has a combined revenue of approximately €5m. O’Sullivan PR will trade as a division of the newly expanded H+A.

H+A chief executive, Brian Healy, said: "This merger creates a new standard of marketing communication agency in Ireland.

"Beyond the basic synergies that accrue from the amalgamation of two successful and complementary firms, H+A now hosts the full spectrum of marketing communication services in-house and can execute programs at the highest international levels.”"

This merger forms part of H+A Marketing Group’s three-year growth programme, under which organic growth will be supplemented with strategic acquisitions.

Currently H+A’s primary customer base is located in Ireland, but the company also has a well-established and growing list of clients and projects in the United States.
