Iona announces preliminary results for 2007

Iona Technologies today announced preliminary results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2007.

IONA expects fourth quarter 2007 revenue of approximately US$18m (€12.3m).

The company expects fourth quarter 2007 total expenses of approximately US$20.5m (€14m), which includes approximately US$2.1m (€1.4m) of SFAS 123R stock-based compensation expense, amortization of purchased intangibles and a one-time facilities charge. The company expects the fourth quarter 2007 ending cash balance to be approximately US$56m (€38m).
